They always pick up on the day scheduled and have even picked up extra items on occasions. Pack your service up and take it elsewhere. The customer service rep didn't seem to care why I was calling, cancelled my service immediatly without any effort to resolve the situation, and promptly hung up. There are cats and raccoons who get into the trash during the night if you don't secure the lids or if you have no lid at all on the trash can. Anyone conssidring this company should be very careful of their business practices and get it in writing and do not trust what is told to you over the phone by their customer service reps. We need more choices in garbage service. Each month they miss at least one pick up, and it is rare that I have any success in getting them to come back out the next day to cover their mistake. I kept hoping after talking with managment that it would get better. They know how to do the job right. By receiving the license the haulers agree to abide by the County ordinance, which says that they must pick up garbage twice weekly and recycling at least twice a month. Call your hauler for a schedule for both services. I have them on video tape,,throwing my cans till both wheels are gone,,they leave garbage all over the road,, we have called an no return calls. Why don't they just apologize for their screw-ups. When contacted about it they said get another service. I called customer service and was treated like dirt.
I do my best to make sure our garbage is neat and easy to collect. The other company comes to our neighborhood at a decent hour, picks up everything without complaining, doesn't leave the bins in the street, and is not noisy. Had to make numerous calls to remind them to pick up my blue bags. They took over the Hernando county area, Ridge Manor after the first of the year and it has been awful. They are the most incompetent and un-interested company I have delt with. I have for a week to get them to resume my services. We the people of spring hill area want our regauler providers to come back.
Get off your high horses and lazy arses and clean up your own mess and whining, for crying out loud. I put small twigs in a bag because they were too small to bundle and they did not take it, he said that I had to buy a trash can and could not use bags. I personally do not recommend them. I called today at 1:30pm and they told me they have all day to pick up the trash. So, I just called Seaside and told them to cancel my account permanently!!!! I can honestly say the people who are having difficulty with their trash pick up and trash cans being tossed everywhere are probably calling and yelling at customer service.
